These two ingredients are normally found in local stores so there shouldn’t be a problem finding them but if you can’t find them then you should easily find them online.

What Kind Should I Get?

For best results, I recommend you get the one’s that is 100% pure with no other ingredients in it. So before you purchase these two ingredients, make sure it say 100% pure on the label and check the ingredient list on the back of the label to make sure there’s no other ingredients in it.

Here’s how to use these two ingredients to get rid of spots:

  1. Gently cleanse your skin with a mild cleanser. You need to cleanse your skin first. This way you’ll get rid of any dirt, oil, makeup or bacteria that may get in the way. Plus doing this first will make the honey and cinnamon mask much more effective so you’ll see results much faster.

  2. After you’re done cleansing, wait five minutes.

  3. Pour about 2 tablespoon of honey and 2 table spoons of cinnamon (or how much you need) into a small bowl.

  9. Mix it with a clean spoon

  10. Drink it. Consuming cinnamon and honey will help stop acne causing bacteria from the inside and minimize breakouts.
