Milk (casein), Yogurt, Cheese, and Whey Protein

Milk (casein), yogurt, cheese, and whey protein are some of the best mucus-forming, liver-clogging, and acne aggravating foods you could ever eat.

These food can cause:

  • Congestive toxins to form in your blood and lymph due to allergies dairy products causes
  • Upset hormonal balance due to the powerful growth hormones it contains.
  • Pollutes blood and lymph fluid
  • And clogs your liver

Simply put, it’s just like drinking or eating “glue”. If you ever bought Elmer’s Glue, you’ll see a cow label right on the back side of the bottle. This indicates that their glues are made from cows. In fact, this glue is derived primarily from cow’s milk proteins.

Anyways, your system can only digest about 50 percent of the primary protein in milk (casein). And the other 50 percent that wasn’t digested will enter the bloodstream and irritate the tissues causing allergies which leads to dirty blood.

Egg White

Egg whites also has a glue-like quality and are very difficult for your system to digest. Egg white also enters the blood stream directly causing many types of allergies.

Protein in Excess

Protein in excess can cause your blood cells to stick together and give your blood and lymph a sludge-like quality.

Cooked Food In Excess

Foods that are cooked forms acid in your system. So if you happen to cook your foods, try to cook them lighly by lowering the temperature. This way, it’ll be less acid and mucus-forming.
